Overview
You pay for your UAE eVisa online during the application, after you enter passenger details and before you upload documents. The total is the government fee (by nationality and visa type) plus our service fee (US$ 59.99 per passenger). Payment is processed securely by card. We do not store your full card number.
What You Pay
- Government and admin fee – Set by the UAE; amount depends on your nationality and visa type (30 days single/multiple, 60 days single/multiple). See our Fees page.
- Our service fee – US$ 59.99 per passenger. Same for every traveler.
- Optional add-ons – e.g. travel insurance, if you choose them. These are clearly shown before you pay.
The application page shows a breakdown and total before you enter card details. You pay once for all passengers in that application.
Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment provider. You enter your card details on the payment step of the application. We do not accept bank transfer, cash, or cheque for the standard application. If you have questions about accepted methods, contact us before starting your application.
Security
- Secure processing – Payment is handled by a secure, industry-standard payment provider. Card data is encrypted and we do not store your full card number.
- HTTPS – Our site uses secure connections. Do not enter card details on any page that does not show a padlock or “https” in the address bar.
- No sharing – We do not ask you to send card details by email or chat. Only enter them on the official payment page during the application.
If you notice anything suspicious (e.g. a different URL or payment request by email), contact us before paying.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken when you complete the payment step – i.e. when you successfully submit your card details and the charge is approved. This happens after you have entered trip and passenger details and before you upload documents. Once payment is complete, you can upload documents. We do not charge you before you confirm the amount and proceed to pay.
Currency and Receipts
- Currency – Amounts are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert to your local currency; any conversion or fees are between you and your bank.
- Receipt / confirmation – After payment, you receive a confirmation email. Your card statement may show our name or our payment provider. Keep the confirmation email and reference number for your records and for any refund request (e.g. if your visa is rejected and you claim our service fee refund).
