Processing time for your UAE eVisa is set by the UAE immigration authorities, not by us. We submit your application and documents on your behalf; once they are with the authorities, timing depends on their workload and your case. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel date so you have your eVisa before you fly.
Who Decides Processing Time?
The UAE immigration system processes all eVisa applications. We do not control how long they take. Processing can vary by season, nationality, and completeness of your application. We aim to submit your application promptly after you complete payment and document upload.
When to Apply
- Apply early – Do not leave your application to the last few days before travel. If documents are requested again or processing is slower, you need time to respond.
- Passport and documents ready – Having a valid passport (at least 6 months from arrival), a clear photo, and correct travel and accommodation details helps avoid delays.
- Check your dates – Your eVisa will have a validity period; you must enter the UAE within that period. Plan your application so that approval is expected before your trip.
After You Submit
Once you have paid and uploaded all required documents:
- Your application is submitted to the UAE system.
- The authorities review your details and documents.
- They may approve, reject, or request more information.
- We will communicate the outcome by email. If more information is needed, reply as soon as possible to avoid delays.
You can track the status in your account if you applied while logged in.
How You Are Notified
- Email – We send updates and the final result to the email address you gave in the application. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our messages.
- Account – If you have an account and applied while logged in, you can view your application status on our site.
- Reference number – Keep the reference number from your confirmation email; you may need it when contacting us about your application.

Can I get rush or express processing?
We do not offer rush or express processing. The same service fee (US$ 59.99 per passenger) applies, and processing is handled in line with the authorities’ timeline.
How do I know if my application was received?
You receive a confirmation email with a reference number after you complete the application (payment and document upload). If you have an account, you can also see the application in your dashboard.
What if I need to travel very soon?
Apply as soon as you can and ensure all documents are correct and complete. We cannot speed up the UAE side of processing. If your travel date is too close, contact us via our Contact page and we can advise based on your situation.
Will I be notified when my visa is approved?
Yes. When the authorities make a decision, we send the result by email. If approved, your eVisa will be attached or linked so you can print it.
What if processing takes longer than expected?
If the authorities need more information, we will contact you by email. Reply quickly with the requested documents or details. If you have not heard anything and your travel date is approaching, contact us with your reference number.
