Overview
Whether you can cancel or change your application depends on when you do it. Before payment, you can stop and start again. After payment but before we submit to the UAE, you may be able to correct some details or cancel in certain cases. Once the application is submitted to the UAE, we usually cannot change it, and government fees are typically non-refundable. Contact us with your reference number for your specific case.
Before Payment
- Cancel – You can simply close the page or leave the application. No payment has been made, so nothing is charged and no application is created in our system (or it may be saved as a draft). You can start a new application later with different details.
- Change details – You can go back and change trip dates, number of passengers, or passenger information before you click pay. Double-check everything before paying.
After Payment, Before Submission
- Documents not yet uploaded – After payment, you must upload documents. If you realise you made a mistake (e.g. wrong passport number or name), contact us immediately with your reference number. Depending on the stage, we may be able to correct details before we submit to the UAE. We cannot promise all changes are possible.
- Cancel – If you have paid but not yet uploaded documents (or we have not yet submitted), contact us to ask about cancellation. Government fees are usually non-refundable once paid, because they are passed to the UAE. Our service fee may be refundable in some cases (e.g. before processing starts) as set out in our Refund Policy. Ask us for your situation.
After Submission to the UAE
- Change – Once we have submitted your application to the UAE authorities, we cannot change the data (e.g. passport number, name, dates) on their side. If you need to correct something, we will tell you whether anything can be done; often the only option is to reapply with the correct details and pay again.
- Cancel – We cannot “unsubmit” an application. The UAE will process it. If you no longer need the visa, you can simply not use it. We do not refund government fees after submission. Service fee is only refunded in the cases described in our Refund Policy (e.g. visa rejected).
Refunds
- Government fees – Once paid and especially after submission, non-refundable by us. They are paid to the UAE.
- Our service fee – Refundable in certain situations (e.g. visa rejected, or change of mind before processing, as per our Refund Policy). Not refundable if the visa is approved or if you simply cancel after submission.
- Optional add-ons – e.g. travel insurance: subject to the terms of that product and our refund policy.

Changing Details
- Wrong email or phone – Contact us with your reference number. We may be able to update contact details so you receive the result and any messages.
- Wrong travel dates – Once submitted, we usually cannot change dates. The eVisa may still be valid for a range of dates; check the approval email and the eVisa document. If your plans changed significantly, contact us; you may need to reapply.
- Wrong passport number or name – These must match your passport. If you made a mistake and we have not yet submitted, contact us immediately. If already submitted, we often cannot correct it; you may need to reapply with the correct passport and pay again.
Frequently Asked Questions
I paid but want to cancel. Can I get a refund?
It depends on the stage. Before we submit to the UAE, contact us; our Refund Policy may allow a service fee refund in some cases. Government fees are typically non-refundable once paid. After submission, we do not refund for cancellation.
I made a typo in my name. Can you fix it?
Contact us immediately with your reference number. If we have not yet submitted to the UAE, we may be able to correct it. If already submitted, it may not be possible; we will tell you.
Can I change my travel dates after applying?
Once the application is submitted, we usually cannot change the dates in the system. Your eVisa may still allow entry within a validity period; check the approval. If your new dates are outside that or you need different dates, contact us—you may need to reapply.
I applied for the wrong visa type. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your reference number. If we have not yet submitted, we may be able to change it. If already submitted, the UAE will process the application as is; we cannot swap visa type. You might need to reapply for the correct type.
Can I add another passenger after paying?
In some cases we can add a passenger (e.g. a parent for a minor) before final submission. Contact us with your reference number. You will need to pay the additional government and service fees for the new passenger.
