Can I Apply for Multiple Passengers or My Family? (Up to 15 per Application)

Overview

You can apply for up to 15 passengers in a single UAE eVisa application. This applies to families, couples, friends, or small groups. Each passenger gets their own eVisa and is charged the government fee (by nationality and visa type) plus our service fee of US$ 59.99 per passenger. Children under 18 must be on the same application as at least one parent.

How Many Passengers Can I Include?

Maximum 15 passengers per application. When you start your application on our Apply page, you choose the number of passengers (1 to 15). Everyone in that application travels on the same trip details and is processed together. If you have more than 15 travelers, you need to submit a second application for the additional passengers.

Who Can Apply Together?

  • Families – Parents and children (minors must be with a parent on the application)
  • Couples – Two adults
  • Extended family or friends – Any group up to 15 people on the same trip
  • Mixed ages – Adults and children together; each person is a passenger and pays the per-passenger fees

All passengers in one application should share the same intended travel dates and entry/exit. Each person still needs their own passport, documents, and eVisa.

How Fees Work for Groups and Families

Fees are per passenger:

  • Government and admin fee – Depends on each passenger’s nationality and the visa type (30 days single/multiple, 60 days single/multiple). Some nationalities have different government fees; see our Fees page.
  • Our service feeUS$ 59.99 per passenger, same for every traveler. No rush or hidden fees.

Example: 4 passengers (2 adults, 2 children), all same nationality with standard government fees (e.g. 30-day single = US$ 160 gov fee each):
Total = (160 × 4) + (59.99 × 4) = US$ 879.96 (plus any add-ons you choose).

The live price box on the application page shows the exact total as you add passengers and select visa types.

Children and Minors on the Same Application

  • Children under 18 must apply together with a parent (mother or father) on the same application. You cannot submit an application with only minors.
  • Each child counts as one passenger and is charged the same way (government fee + US$ 59.99).
  • When you enter passenger details, you will be asked to confirm which adult is the accompanying parent for each minor.

Step-by-Step: Group or Family Application

  1. Go to Apply and select Number of Passengers (1–15).
  2. Enter trip details – Entry date, exit date, and contact information.
  3. Enter each passenger – Full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, gender. For each minor, confirm the accompanying parent.
  4. Pay – Total = (government fees for all passengers) + (US$ 59.99 × number of passengers). Payment is in one transaction.
  5. Upload documents – Upload the required documents for each passenger (passport copy, photo, ticket, accommodation as required).
  6. Receive eVisas – Once approved, each passenger’s eVisa is sent by email. Each person should print their own and carry it with their passport.

Mixed Nationalities

If passengers have different nationalities, each person’s government fee is based on their own nationality. Our system calculates the total automatically. You still have one application, one payment, and one set of travel dates; only the per-passenger government fee may differ.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum number of passengers per application?
15 passengers per application. For more than 15, start another application for the extra travelers.

Do I pay once for the whole group or per person?
Per person. Each passenger pays the government fee (by nationality and visa type) plus US$ 59.99 service fee. You pay the total in one transaction for all passengers in that application.

Can I add more passengers after I started the application?
If you already created an application and need to add a parent or another passenger (e.g. for a minor), you can add passengers before payment. The application flow allows adding passengers in that case. If you need more than 15 in total, use a second application.

Do children count toward the 15-passenger limit?
Yes. Every person, including infants and children, counts as one passenger and must have their own eVisa and documents.

Can I apply for my family if we have different nationalities?
Yes. You can mix nationalities in one application. Each passenger’s government fee is calculated by their nationality; the total is shown before you pay.

Where do I see the total cost for my group?
On the Apply page, after you enter the number of passengers and each passenger’s details, the price box shows the full breakdown. You can also check government fees by nationality on our Fees page.
