Overview
You do not have to create an account to apply for a UAE eVisa. You can complete the application as a guest and still receive your eVisa by email. If you create an account and log in before applying, you can track your application online, see its status, and manage your applications in one place. We recommend logging in for a smoother experience and easier tracking.
Apply Without an Account
- Guest checkout – You can fill in the application, pay, and upload documents without registering. We will send the confirmation and result to the email address you provide.
- You still get your eVisa – Approval (or any request for more information) is sent by email. You do not need an account to receive it.
- Reference number – Keep the confirmation email and reference number. If you need to contact us, we will use that and your email to find your application.
So an account is optional but useful if you want to see status and history on the site.
Benefits of an Account
If you register and log in before you apply:
- Track status – See whether your application is waiting for payment, collecting documents, processing, or result sent.
- View applications – See your past and current applications in one place (e.g. on an Applications or dashboard page).
- Faster checkout – Your name, email, and contact details can be pre-filled when you start a new application.
- One place for updates – Besides email, you can check the site when you want to see the latest status.

Tracking Your Application
- With an account – After you apply while logged in, go to your applications or dashboard. Open the application to see its status (e.g. “Processing”, “Visa Result Sent”). We also send important updates by email.
- Without an account – You track by email only. We send confirmation after you complete the application and the final result when the UAE decides. Use your reference number when contacting us.
Either way, the result (approved eVisa or rejection) is sent to your email. Tracking via account is an extra convenience, not a requirement to get the visa.
Applications Page
If you have an account, you can usually access an Applications or similar page (e.g. Applications) where you see a list of your applications. Each one may show:
- Reference number
- Date applied
- Status (e.g. Waiting for Payment, Collecting Documents, Processing, Visa Result Sent)
- Number of passengers
Click an application to see more detail. This helps you follow progress without searching your email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to apply?
No. You can apply as a guest. You will receive the confirmation and eVisa (or result) by email. An account is optional and helps you track status on the website.
I applied without logging in. Can I link it to my account now?
Usually we cannot attach an existing application to a new account after it is created. Use your reference number and the email address you used to track it and to contact us. For future applications, log in first if you want them to appear in your account.
How do I create an account?
Use our Register page. After you register, log in with your email and password. Then start your application from the Apply page while still logged in.
Where do I see my application status?
If you applied while logged in, go to your applications or dashboard on the site and open the application. If you did not use an account, check your email for updates and the final result.
Will I still get the eVisa by email if I don’t have an account?
Yes. We send the result (approved eVisa or rejection) to the email address you gave in the application, whether or not you have an account.
I forgot my password. How do I log in?
Use the “Forgot password” or similar link on the Login page. You will receive instructions by email to reset your password. Then log in and go to your applications to track status.
