Overview
You can check your UAE eVisa application status in two ways: by email (we send updates and the final result to the address you gave) and, if you applied while logged in, by viewing your application in your account on our website. Keep your reference number handy when contacting us.
Email Notifications
We use the email address you provided in the application to:
- Send a confirmation after you complete the application (payment and documents).
- Send updates if we or the authorities need more information.
- Send the final result – your eVisa (if approved) or notification if the application was not approved.
Always check your spam or junk folder. Add our email to your contacts so messages are not filtered.
Using Your Account
If you logged in before applying:
- Go to the applications or dashboard area on our site (e.g. Applications if you have an account).
- Find your application and open it to see its status (e.g. waiting for payment, collecting documents, processing, result sent).
- You can use this to see whether we are still waiting for documents, whether the application is with the authorities, or whether the result has been sent.
If you did not create an account, you will still receive all important updates by email.
Reference Number
When you complete your application, we send a reference number (or application ID) in the confirmation email. Keep this safe. If you contact us about your application, we will ask for this number and the email address you used so we can look up your case quickly.
What Each Status Means
- Waiting for payment – Payment not yet completed. Complete payment to move forward.
- Collecting documents – Payment received; we are waiting for you to upload the required documents.
- Processing – Your application and documents have been submitted and are with the UAE authorities. We are waiting for their decision.
- Visa result sent – A decision has been made and we have sent the result (approved eVisa or rejection) to your email.
- Cancelled – The application was cancelled.
- Refunded – A refund of our service fee has been processed (e.g. after rejection).
Exact wording may vary slightly on the site. If you are unsure what your status means, contact us with your reference number.
Frequently Asked Questions
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact us via our Contact page with the email address you used and the approximate time you applied. We can confirm whether the application was received and resend the confirmation if needed.
Can I check status without an account?
Yes. We send the result and important updates to your email. Without an account you will not see the status on the website, but you will still get the eVisa or outcome by email.
How do I create an account?
You can register on our site (e.g. via Register). If you already applied without an account, you cannot usually attach that application to a new account afterward; use your reference number and email to track it.
When will I get my eVisa?
Processing time is set by the UAE authorities. We send your eVisa by email as soon as we receive the approval. There is no fixed number of days we can promise; apply early.
I lost my reference number. Can you still find my application?
Contact us with the full name and email address you used, and the approximate date you applied. We may be able to locate your application and resend the confirmation or result.
My status says “Processing.” What happens next?
Your application is with the UAE authorities. When they decide, we will update the status and send you the result by email. No further action is needed from you unless we email you asking for more documents or information.
