Overview
The total you pay for a UAE eVisa is: government fee (set by the UAE, and which can vary by nationality) + our service fee (US$ 59.99 per passenger for everyone). This page explains why government fees differ by country and where to see the exact amount for your passport.
Two Parts of the Fee
- Government and admin fee – This is set by the UAE immigration authorities. It can be different depending on your nationality and the visa type (30 days single/multiple, 60 days single/multiple). We do not set this; we collect it and pass it to the UAE.
- Our service fee – US$ 59.99 per passenger, same for every traveler regardless of nationality or age. It covers application handling, document check, and support.
So “why do fees vary?” applies to the government part, not our service fee.
Standard Government Fees (Most Nationalities)
For most nationalities, the UAE government and admin fees (per person) are in this range:
- 30 days single entry – US$ 160
- 30 days multiple entry – US$ 260
- 60 days single entry – US$ 210
- 60 days multiple entry – US$ 290
If your country is in this “standard” group, you see these amounts (plus US$ 59.99 per passenger) when you apply.
Higher Government Fees for Some Nationalities
For some countries, the UAE sets higher government fees. Reasons can include:
- Different processing – Extra checks or procedures for certain nationalities.
- Document requirements – Some nationalities must submit additional or more complex documents.
- Visa type availability – For some countries, only single-entry visas are offered (no multiple-entry option), and the fee tier may still be higher.
We list these nationalities and their government fees in the “Nationality-Specific Pricing” section on our Fees page. When you Apply and select your nationality, we automatically use the correct government fee for your passport country.
Our Service Fee Is the Same for Everyone
Regardless of your nationality or the government fee tier:
- Our service fee is always US$ 59.99 per passenger.
- We do not charge rush or express fees.
- Children and adults are charged the same service fee per person.
So the only part that “varies by nationality” is the government and admin fee; our part is fixed per passenger.
How to Check Your Nationality’s Fees
- Fees page – Our Fees page has a table of Nationality-Specific Pricing for countries with different (usually higher) government fees. If your country is not in that table, the standard fees (160 / 260 / 210 / 290 for the four types) usually apply.
- Check Requirement – On Check Requirement you can select your country to see eligibility and typical government fees.
- Apply page – When you start an application and enter each passenger’s nationality, the live price box shows the exact government fee and total (government + US$ 59.99 per passenger).
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my government fee higher than my friend’s?
The UAE sets different government fees by nationality. Your friend may hold a passport from a country with standard fees; yours may be from a country in a higher fee tier. Our service fee (US$ 59.99) is the same for both.
Do I pay more service fee if my nationality has higher government fees?
No. Our service fee is US$ 59.99 per passenger for every nationality. Only the government fee changes.
Which nationalities have higher government fees?
See the “Nationality-Specific Pricing” table on our Fees page. It lists the country groups and the exact government fees. If your country is not there, standard fees apply.
Can I use a different passport to get a lower fee?
You must apply with the passport you will use to enter the UAE. Using a different nationality or passport to get a lower fee would be incorrect and could lead to rejection or entry issues.
Are multiple-entry visas available for my nationality?
Not for all nationalities. Some countries only have single-entry options. The Fees page and the application form show which visa types (and thus which fees) apply to your nationality.
