How Do I Apply for a UAE eVisa? Step-by-Step Process

Overview

You apply for a UAE eVisa entirely online through our service. There are four main steps: (1) enter trip and contact details and number of passengers, (2) enter each passenger’s details, (3) pay government and service fees, (4) upload required documents. You can include up to 15 passengers in one application. Children under 18 must be on the same application as a parent.

Before You Start

Have ready:

  • Passport – Valid at least 6 months from your arrival date in the UAE
  • Travel dates – When you will enter and leave the UAE
  • Accommodation – Hotel or host details in the UAE
  • Round-trip ticket – Proof of return or onward travel
  • Passport-style photo – Recent, clear, plain background
  • Email and phone – So we can send your eVisa and updates

If you have an account, you can log in for faster checkout and to track your application.

Step 1: Trip and Contact Details

On our Apply page you will:

  1. Choose number of passengers – From 1 to 15. This includes every traveler (adults and children).
  2. Enter travel dates – Intended entry and exit dates in the UAE.
  3. Enter contact information – Full name, email, phone. If you are logged in, some fields may be pre-filled.

Remember: children under 18 must apply with a parent. If you only add minors, you will be asked to add a parent before continuing.

Step 2: Passenger Information

For each passenger you enter:

  • Full name (as on passport)
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender

For each minor (under 18), you must confirm which adult on the application is the accompanying parent (mother or father). The system uses this to ensure minors are not applied for alone.

Our system uses nationality to calculate the correct government fee for each passenger. The live price box updates as you add people and shows the total before payment.

Step 3: Payment

You pay in one go for all passengers:

  • Government and admin fees – Calculated per passenger from their nationality and the visa type (30 days single/multiple, 60 days single/multiple).
  • Our service fee – US$ 59.99 per passenger.

Payment is by card (e.g. credit or debit) through our secure payment page. No rush fees. After successful payment, you proceed to document upload.

Step 4: Upload Documents

For each passenger you upload the required documents, such as:

  • Passport copy (bio page, and cover if requested)
  • Passport-style photo
  • Round-trip ticket
  • Accommodation booking

The exact list is shown in the application and can vary slightly by nationality. Make sure files are clear and readable. Once all required documents are uploaded, your application is complete and is sent for processing.

After Submission

  • You will receive a reference number and confirmation by email.
  • Processing is done by the UAE immigration system; timing depends on their workload.
  • When a decision is made, your eVisa (or any request for more information) is sent by email.
  • Print your eVisa and carry it with your passport when you travel to the UAE.

You can track the status in your account if you applied while logged in, or by using the link in our emails.
