Overview
The total cost of your UAE eVisa through our service has two parts: government and admin fees (set by the UAE) and our service fee (US$ 59.99 per passenger). There are no rush fees or hidden charges. Government fees depend on your nationality and the visa type you choose.
Two Parts to the Total Cost
- Government and admin fee – Paid to the UAE immigration system. Amount varies by:
- Visa type (30 days single/multiple, 60 days single/multiple)
- Your nationality (some countries have different fee tiers)
- Our service fee – US$ 59.99 per passenger. Same for every traveler, regardless of age or nationality. Covers application support, document check, and 24/7 assistance.
Total = (Government fee × number of passengers) + (US$ 59.99 × number of passengers).
Government and Admin Fees (UAE)
For most nationalities, the UAE government and admin fees (per person) are typically:
- 30 days, single entry – US$ 160
- 30 days, multiple entry – US$ 260
- 60 days, single entry – US$ 210
- 60 days, multiple entry – US$ 290
Some nationalities have different (often higher) government fees due to different processing requirements. The full list is on our Fees page under “Nationality-Specific Pricing.” When you Apply, we use your passport nationality to show the correct government fee.
Our Service Fee
We charge US$ 59.99 per passenger. This is a flat fee for:
- Filling and submitting your application
- Checking your documents
- 24/7 support and status updates
- Our money-back guarantee on the service fee if your visa is rejected
We do not charge extra for rush or express processing. The same fee applies whether you have 1 or 15 passengers.
How to See Your Exact Total
- On the application page – After you choose number of passengers and enter each passenger’s nationality and visa type, the price box shows the breakdown: government fees + service fee (US$ 59.99 × passengers) = total.
- On the Fees page – Our Fees page shows government fees by visa type and by nationality. Add (US$ 59.99 × number of passengers) to get your total.
- Check requirement by country – On Check Requirement you can select your country to see eligibility and typical government fees.
Nationality-Specific Government Fees
Government fees for some nationalities are higher than the standard amounts above. Reasons can include different document or processing requirements set by the UAE. Our Fees page lists these in the “Nationality-Specific Pricing” table. If your nationality is not in that table, the standard fees (e.g. 160 / 260 / 210 / 290 for the four types) usually apply. Our service fee remains US$ 59.99 per passenger for all nationalities.
No Rush or Hidden Fees
We do not charge:
- Rush or express fees
- Extra fees for children
- Hidden fees at checkout
You pay: government fee + US$ 59.99 per passenger (plus any optional add-ons you select, such as travel insurance, which are clearly shown).
Refunds
- Service fee – If your eVisa is rejected, we refund our service fee in full. See our Refund Policy.
- Government fees – These are paid to the UAE authorities. Once submitted, they are generally non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected. We do not control government refunds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the service fee per person or per application?
Per person. Each passenger (adult or child) is charged US$ 59.99 service fee plus the applicable government fee.
Do children pay the same?
Yes. We charge the same structure for every passenger: government fee (by nationality and visa type) + US$ 59.99. There is no reduced rate for children.
Why do government fees vary by nationality?
The UAE sets different fee levels for different countries. Our Fees page explains and lists nationality-specific pricing.
Can I pay in a currency other than US dollars?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your card may be charged in USD or converted by your bank; check your card terms.
What if my visa is rejected?
You get a full refund of our service fee. Government fees are typically non-refundable once submitted. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Are there any other fees?
Only optional add-ons (e.g. travel insurance) if you choose them during the application. They are clearly displayed before payment.
